‘Allo ‘Allo was performed at the Palace Theatre in Redditch for 4 nights in February 2004.
Having always performed at the Rowney Green Peace Hall with a maximum audience of 110 per night, the thought of performing at a “proper” theatre was exciting but daunting.
The production was a great success with excellent reviews and we had lots of fun. We broke box office records for an amateur production at the Palace by selling nearly 1000 seats over the 4 nights.
We have been invited back to the Palace when it re-opens after refurbishment in 2006 to perform again.
